    MEDICAL DETAILS

    Many or all of your crew members have completed their basic First Aid certificates and are able to treat minor ailments, and administer basic drugs. The crew are also discreet about every guest’s medical condition and use this information for planning activities. Please describe any particular medical conditions for any of the guests (such as heart conditions, epilepsy, diabetes, allergies, etc.).

    PREFERRED STYLE OF SERVICE

    Service onboard is always going to be of the highest level, however would you and your guests prefer ‘formal at all times’ or a more ‘relaxed & friendly’ approach from your crew?

    ACTIVITIES

    While we may be able to offer a formal itinerary, the real benefit to chartering your yacht is being able to adapt to your whims (and the weather!). Although not every vessel can provide every activity, please check the activities you would prefer to participate in:

    * Scuba Diving is sometimes offered from the yacht for certified divers and may be arranged in conjunction with local dive operators at an additional charge. ** Personal watercraft restrictions may apply in your cruising area. Please reconfirm local laws with your broker.

    FOOD PREFERENCES

    To assist the chef in stocking the vessel and planning your menus, please make a few notes as to the likes and dislikes of all members of your party regarding food/beverages. The crew will do their best to provision choices that you have indicated, however, please remember specific brands may not be available in island locations.

    * Under the MYBA charter agreement, the initial decoration of the yacht is at the expense of the yacht, but subsequent replacement of flowers will be at the expense of the Charterer and under all other charter agreements, the initial decoration is at the expense of the Charterer. Please specify the amount you wish to spend, preference in arrangement and how often you would like to change the flowers.

    Crew Gratuity: Please note that a gratuity for the crew is not included in the charter rate and is greatly appreciated. If you are pleased with the level of service received, the customary gratuity is 10% – 15% of the charter fee (excluding expenses), but is at your discretion.

    Other Final Considerations: Please list any other items that have not been addressed and that you would like to have on board and we will do our best to have them provided for your trip.
