Catering fee includes: Chef and/or chef’s assistant time shopping, creating the menu, revising menu, time in commercial kitchen prepping/preparing food for the charter, various supplies, cleaning the commercial kitchen, driving to and from the (grocery store, commercial kitchen, yacht, office) time on board the yacht, loading supplies on board the yacht, cleaning the yacht galley, etc. Private chef labor only which includes menu creation, shopping for food, and time on the vessel. Does not include the price for food.
